Jack E. Koniszewski, CPA is a Partner in Aronson LLC’s Tax Services Group. He joined the firm in 1987 and has spent over 30 years in the industry. Jack earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University in 1974. Jack's clients include real estate developers, construction contractors, technology companies, homebuilders, and professional and technical service firms.
Jack specializes in tax research and planning, compliance, representation before federal and state tax authorities, and transactional analysis. He utilizes his outstanding technical background and years of experience to develop innovative and creative tax planning alternatives and solutions for clients.
As an expert in the field, he has made various presentations to a variety of professional organizations on topics that include mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation planning, partnerships, capital gain tax planning, and choice of entity. He is an active member of AICPA. |
