Mike earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree from Wake Forest University in 1990. Mike's clients include professional and technical service companies, and commercial and government contractors.
Mike specializes in assurance, tax, consulting services, government cost principles, procurement regulations, cost accounting standards, project/cost accounting systems, due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions, and agreed upon procedure reports including collateral audits for financial institutions.
As an expert in the field, Mike has made presentations to banking institutions, trade associations, and commercial organizations on emerging issues related to the government and technology industry. He has also provided articles on various topics, including accounting for stock options and leases, financial indicators, and preparing a claim for equitable adjustment. Mike is an active member of AICPA and MACPA. |
